EN ESPAÑOL ABAJO ====> ********PLUMBER*******> Looking for a plumber that can do work UP TO CODE (see pictures below) like: - Change old galvanized pipes to copper. - Re-pipe an old bathtub so faucet and drain are on the opposite side. ******ELECTRICIAN*****> Electrician needed to change electric wiring UP TO CODE in a one bedroom apartment: - We need to ground the wiring - Install a ceiling night where there is none - Put new outlets where there are none - Install a bathroom fan in the ceiling where there is none - Put a light and switch inside the closet - there is none now - Change old outlets (see pictures) Ideal gig for an experienced plumber and/or electrician who has his own business or someone who works for a contractor and wants to do some extra money on the side (we could be open to have you work afternoon or weekends if you're busy during the mornings). We can pay by the hour up to $45 or we can consider a price per project. Please contact us via text and tell us if you are licensed or not, and if you're ready to work. Looking forward to meeting you. _________________________________________________ ESPAÑOL: *********PLOMERO********* Se busca PLOMERO para hacer trabajos BAJO CODIGO (ver las fotografías incluidas): - Cambiar tuberias viejas galvanizadas a cobre o PBC - Cambiar las tuberías de una tina de baño vieja para que las llaves y el drenaje estén del otro lado. *********ELECTRICO******* Se necesita electrics para cambiar el cableado de un apartamento BAJO CODIGO: - Necesitamos instalar la tierra en el cabelado - Instalar una luz en el techo donde no hay ninguna - Poner nuevos enchufes donde no hay nada en la pared - Instalar un ventilador/extractor de aire en el techo del baño donde no hay nada ahora - Poner una luz y su apagador adentro del closet - Cambiar viejos contactos (ver fotos) Esta chamba es ideal para un plomero y/o electric que tiene su propio negocio o alguien que trabaja con un contractor y no tiene trabajo ahora o quiere hacer dinero extra (consideramos las tardes y fines de semana si no puedes en la manana).
