The company is willing to train the right minded people. Job description and responsibilities: This position requires a flexible schedule with plenty of availability. We thrive off of last minute jobs at the moment. Quality crew members will lead to more work Crew members: Will move the customers’ belongings efficiently and safely without causing any damage or injury. Provide excellent customer service to carry on the respectable reputation All About You Moving holds in our local communities. Crew Leaders: Will run the crew efficiently to provide excellent quality customer service. The crew leader will process paperwork such as receipts, mile logs, and etc. Report any issues with customers, other crew members, tools, and/or company vehicles. Keep inventory on supplies and tools provided. Must Have Qualities Excellent Customer Service Great work ethic Dependable and reliable Positive and friendly attitude Ability to multitask Problem solving skills Basic math skills Clean and kept appearance Ability to lift 100 + pounds consistently Ability and knowledge of maneuvering household furniture and belongings safely and efficiently Must have transportation to the office or the job Crew Leaders must have the ability to drive a 24 foot box truck (6 speed manual) Crew leaders must have a valid drivers license Crew Leaders must have leadership skills to run a crew Clean MVR (drivers license record) highly desired
