Looking for shared shop space makers engineers entrepreneurs, artists

I'm a Mechanical Engineer moving to Redwood City in the next few months. Currently I have a shop in South San Jose where I used to run an Engineering Consulting / 3D Printing & prototyping business. It's basically my garage and hobby space also. I'm going to downsize the shop and was hoping to find someone or a few people to share a shop space. I'm open to different ideas on how to do this. What I need is a small office space and some shop space for equipment. Should have internet, electric and room to work. In addition to sharing rent I can offer the following: Commercial level 3D printing, older multi-jet and Stratasys FDM printers (I have 11 printers now) Ultrasonic cleaners, lab oven, cleaning equipment Tormach 1100 CNC milling machine (was thinking of selling this, it can also be shared in exchange) Small metal lathe Several tech benches, wood working benches Shop tools - nice table saw, jointer, band saw, sander, drill presses, grinder Metal storage cabinets Office furniture, fridge, coffee maker Metal stairs for mezzanine above office access Alarm system I'm open to a lot of different setups. Commercial space, unused garage space, warehouse, maker space, barn, etc. as long as it is secure, dry, clean. I currently store a classic Mustang in my shop as well. It would be nice to be able to store/work on it there but I'll have a 1 car garage at home so that's not a necessity. Respond with opportunities, suggestions, offers.
