We are seeking an energetic and reliable day porter to perform day-to-day cleaning at one of our customer's facilities in Jacksonville, NC.   The successful candidate will be highly organized, dedicated, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously. You will interface daily with staff, managers, and customers and should enjoy working with people. Responsibilities: Monitor and clean all common room areas including customer waiting areas, lobby, service area, and break room Clean and restock bathrooms Empty trash and replace liners Monitor and clean entry door and interior glass to remove fingerprints and smudges Respond to any major spills or other cleaning crises. Sweep floors Low dust all flat surfaces Help track inventory and order supplies required for facility maintenance Coordinate any building repair issues with facility manager Requirements: Must be reliable and professional Prepared to execute all duties and responsibilities in a safe and timely manner Monday - Friday: 8:30 - 2:30 Saturday: 12:00-2:00 (some fexibility on saturday start time) Starting pay: $12/hour. ($12.50 after successfully completing 3 months; $13/hour after successfully completing 6 months, then annual reviews and merit increases) Call, email, or apply via our website: We will provide training - so if interested, apply even if you lack the 3 months experience.
