Company Description: Pebble Stone Coatings is a fast-growing contractor for specialty concrete surfacing products. We install epoxy rock surfacing used largely for residential customers. We are based in Las Vegas but have aspirations to expand regionally and nationally. We are currently looking for employees to help build the scalable processes and systems needed for growth. Come join our Dynamic Team! Pebble Stone Coatings, Nevada’s largest and most trusted epoxy rock installer, is looking for motivated individuals to join our installation team. Hiring all skill level positions with a general knowledge of operating hand and power tools. Mixers - Become the backbone of your installation crew. Mixers drive the project by steadily supplying the finishers with materials to get the job done. No experience required for this position but it does require a good work ethic and the ability to lift 50 - 75lbs safely. Finishers - Finishers pride themselves on a job well done in a timely manner. They are the artisans of our product and their signature is on every project. If you pride yourself on a beautiful job and a hard day’s work, we want you! This is a skilled position so experience in troweling concrete, decorative overlays, terrazzo, or epoxy rock is required. You must be physically fit and able to work long days. Nights and weekends will be required from time to time as we cater to our customer’s schedules but, most work is performed Monday - Friday We offer great pay ($16-25/hour) with a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days. Pay is Dependent Upon Experience. We also offer 50% employer-paid medical, 401k, two weeks PTO after a year, and a bonus incentive plan. Must have a valid NV driver’s license. Out of state license is acceptable if you are new to the area with the intent to acquire an NV driver's license.
