Need help with fixing air conditioner

Hi, I need someone with credentials to fix our air conditioner. My understanding is that the system is not set correctly. It needs to be set right and sealed. We are having leakage and was told that it is related to the how it is set. Please note that I am looking for someone with credentials and experience. Must have both of these! It is very hot and we really need help. I will buy parts and material. Pay is flat not hourly bases. I appreciate if you could work around that. Thank you
