Delivery Driver may have dropped something

I ordered food from 5 guys at a place off of Connecticut Ave and would like to be able to talk with the driver as I believe he might have dropped something but am unable to get orderfood.Google.com to respond. It is bad enough they are getting punished for the company's extra fees but when something goes wrong the driver is apparently reliant on a system that does not respond when a customer tries to make sure issues that affect a driver can be fixed like if he dropped something.
