Rehoming a pit bull mix

I’m looking to rehome our pit bull mix, Zoey. She’s six years old, approximately 50 lbs, vaccinated, spayed, and house-broken/crate-trained. She’s been a sweetheart with us! Unfortunately for her, my son is off to college in the fall and I need to downsize to an apartment that doesn’t accept her breed. She has some anxiety issues due to being attacked by another dog. So no other dogs in the home is highly suggested. She will definitely need an experienced dog parent as walks are challenging since she’s always on high alert while walking. She more enjoys being in our yard rather than going for a walk. We don’t know anyone with younger children so we don’t know how she is with them. She’ll come with an extra large crate, two dog beds, toys, and any food/snacks she has left. We really don’t want to just drop her off at a shelter so we’re looking for a nice home for her.
