Morning, Licensed Contractor Needed for the following: 1 - Conversion of a 2-Car Garage into a 1 Bedroom Apartment 2 - Foundation Repair (Framing Studs Need Repaired/Replaced - Home built in 1950s and has Cylinder Block foundation) I am using a Renovation Loan/Bank Financing so payments will be made via check from my bank. Thus the Job Requires: 1 - Licensed General Contractor in Delaware (Active License) 2 - Insurance (Liability Insurance) 3 - Willingness to sign disclosures given I am using Renovation Loan to Finance repairs. Please contact me ONLY if you are able to (a) meet the above criteria with Delaware License & Liability Insurance AND (b) you can handle the garage conversion along with the foundation repair.
