Looking for Help at a 6 unit Apartment Building.
Duties include once per week taking out the garbage cans to street and back, in summer cut the grass two times per month, and cleaning the snow in winter.
The other work will be very occasional, a maintenance service request may come in once a month or as little as four times a year. In such a situation the property manager / coordinator will spend half an hour or an hour scheduling the work to be done between the laborer at the best time for the tenant, informing the landlord of the situation, opening the doors for the contractor and then following up later to check that everything went smoothly. Ideally the coordinator will respond in an urgent and proficient manner. Would be ideal for a high school or university student.
Responsibilities
• Take out the garbage cans weekly
• Mow the grass twice per month
