There are three of us looking for a 4th roommate to share rent on a house. Looking for a place in Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, Seal Beach, etc. Each of us have jobs and will be able to hold up our end of a year lease. Looking for someone who is neat, organized, has a job and doesn't sit around all day. We are all into cars, off-road, motorcycles and freedom. A decent place in the area will end up to be $1000 a person, give or take $100/person. Trying to move out ASAP. We are all under 26.
