Found Wallet on Pearl St. Last Night

I found a black woman's wallet in the street last night. Credit cards, and other documents are in there. There are a few characteristic features on the wallet. If you can describe them, I'll contact you. BTW, I road my bike all the way to the police station last night to try to turn it in to them, but no one was answering there. I looked up "lost and found" for Boulder and this CL option was all I found. If I don't hear from this person soon, I'll go back to the police station to give it to them.
