Help with removing broken trailer jack

I have a manual jack on my trailer that I need to have removed. I was able to remove the damaged lower part, but the upper portion of the jack can't be removed because of the misshaped tubing that remains. I think it is feasible to crush the tubing back to a round shape, but it would take something VERY strong as the metal is very thick and strong - heating up the metal would probably be needed to reshape. Another possibility would be to use metal cutting torch to cut out the misshapen part. When responding, please indicate a guestimate on the cost and timing that you could perform the job. You can come to my house to perform the work, or I can tow the trailer to wherever you and your tools are. Thank you very much in advance. Jeff
