We Need A Drummer

I am in the process of trying to find a practice space but there are no openings at this art space I'm looking at. I live in an apartment. I'd like to kill two birds with one stone and have a drummer who would be happy to practice at his/her house, that way he/she doesn't have to move their drums. I have a drum set we can keep at the practice space when one becomes available, so practicing there would just involve bringing your sticks. I am a professional guitar player, have toured extensively, played in some good bands, opened for some REALLY good bands and would like to find a drummer who doesn't overplay. Please respond with your influences/favorite drummers, your age, if you have a place to practice until the space opens up, and when you are available during the week.
