We’re searching for an exceptional individual or couple to be the care taker of a wonderful Vacation Rental Home in Westport Washington. This person or couple need to be proud of providing our guests with a very clean and inviting home. On average the home needs to be completely cleaned and prepared for rental 1 to 2 times per week. Hours can and will vary weekly and seasonally based on business needs. What you’ll do * Professionally clean and maintain all living ares of the home. Clean and prepare up to 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. * Restock all supplies provided by owners. * Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing all surfaces  * Complete all bedding and towel laundry on site. * Create a welcoming environment for our guests and owners by ensuring home is clean and cared for * Identify and note any damage to home and notify owner. * Collect and remove trash and debris and move garbage containers to end of driveway weekly for pick up. * Perform minimal outside preparation. * Wash ocean view windows for each new guest. Other windows as needed. * Replenish consumable items such as soaps and paper products. The skills you’ll need and position requirements  * Reliable transportation in the Westport area. * Smartphone and personal email address. * Weekend availability. * Attention to detail. * No experience required, we're happy to train you! * Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, squat, kneel and lift over 20 pounds Compensation: $125 per cleaning. Average cleaning time 5 hours. Availability: Must be fully available from May through September as the home is fully booked. October through April is busy but there will be more free days. Cleaning Before and after Holidays are generally required.
