Work with an experienced leader who knows and can teach everything about a house. Everything from the ground up. Mowing to roofing. Basement to attic. Painting, wiring, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, heat and air, and anything else the house needs. Pay depends on your experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. Experience not necessary. What is NECESSARY: WILLING to work and learn, PLEASANT attitude because we don't want to work all day with someone who doesn't want to be there, TRANSPORTATION to the job site in Independence daily, proper APPEARANCE to go into homes and interact with our tenants and clients, CARE and concern for our tools and equipment. Experience is helpful and may earn higher pay if demonstrated that you can work unsupervised and complete the task. With the right experience and your own truck and tools you can work as a partner for the best compensation. But the most necessary is Willing and Pleasant Attitude.
