Idiot driver at CVS on NW Expressway

Sir, the other day you almost rammed me in the parking lot of a CVS. You were looking down, and away from me as you were rounding the corner in your silver little Honda Fit. If I hadn't honked my horn you would've hit me, with a baby in the back seat. I was at a complete STOP, as my dash cam shows. CVS surveillance cam would show the same. I have your tag number. When I called you out, you got all defensive. IF YOU HAD SEEN ME, AS YOU SAID, THEN WHY THE F DID YOU SWERVE AND CUT ACROSS ALL THE PARKING SPACES? YOU TRYING TO KILL SOMEBODY?? WHERE THE DID YOU GET YOUR DRIVERS' LICENSE, A BUBBLEGUM MACHINE? IF YOU EVER PULL THAT S---T AGAIN, AND CAUSE SOME SENIOR CITIZEN TO HAVE TO JUMP BACK TO AVOID GETTING HIT, THEN YOU'RE JUST ASKING FOR IT. PUNK.
