Red tail boa with enclosure

i have a female boa imperator and enclosure to go together. the boa is about 1.5 years old and ~3.5 feet long, eating frozen weaned rats/smaller medium rats. Enclosure is 4x2x2 lightweight wooden box that has had the inside floor freshly cleaned and resealed within the last month. comes with an 80w radiant heat panel and thermostat. also has sliding glass doors with a lock on them. asking $400 firm for all of this which is a great deal. willing to travel up to one hour to meet.
