LIVE-IN Manager - 28-Room Lodging House

DO NOT RESPOND UNLESS WILLING TO LIVE FULL TIME IN THE PROPERTY. Living in the property is an absolute non-negotiable requirement. Some experience and/or knowledge of real estate preferred. Full Time with flexible hours (7 days, 24 hours) in a 28-room lodging house. General Maintenance and Management. Duties Include: - overseeing maintenance and repair people, rent collection, screening applicants, renting rooms - purchasing supplies and furniture - overseeing cleaning of vacant rooms, halls, bathrooms, common areas, and building exterior - dealing with tenant problems, handyman repairs - diplomacy with tenants, local officials, courts, and a presentable appearance - familiarity with technology is required - computer, fax, security cameras, phone, wifi, etc - good understanding of large building mechanical systems - electrical, plumbing, heating - basic skills in math, record-keeping, and communication - must be organized and detail-oriented with follow through Additional Info: - salary based on ability and experience - free residency - one bedroom apartment - must be bondable - background and references checked If interested, please call Bill at (781) 378-2184
