Drive Max Group is a family owned dealership with 5 locations in South Shore Massachusetts and over 300 vehicles in stock. We are growing and we need SERVICE MANAGER / ADVISER.
Motivated and ambitious individuals to join our new team.
Duties include:
- safety vehicle check list
- order / manage parts
- support tecs
- handle service warranty claims
Feature candidate has to be able to manage:
- Great customer communication skills with a service mentality. While you don't need to know everything about cars to succeed, you do know how to ask the right questions and recommend solutions that will build loyal customers and contribute to a successful store.
- Ability to juggle several projects at a fast pace, keeping customers and team members informed and satisfied throughout the process.
- A positive attitude! Our customers are the most important aspect of our business and providing high-quality customer service is our number one priority.
To be a successful Service Advisor, you'll need:
One year of previous some automotive experience, or at least one year of automotive customer service experience
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with both customers and co-workers
To thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Ability to work 40 hours a week (including half day Saturdays)
Ability to maintain a valid driver's license.
