This is a Womens self defense course. In this course you will learn how to defend yourself against an attacker and build confidence.
This course will include the following:
-elbow strikes
-knee strikes
-basic escapes
-basic mount escapes
-basic throws
-mindset and situational awareness
This is a physical course! Please wear something athletic and that you are comfortable in. It will be warm please bring water and wear appropriate clothing.
