Maintenance person needed for vacation rental units (1 property location). Requirements/responsibilities include heavy lifting (must be able to lift heavy portable air conditioner), light electrical, light plumbing, grounds maintenance including cleaning and landscape upkeep, exterior painting, minor repairs to units as necessary. Must have reliable transportation, be eligible to work in US and speak English. Please send resume and contact information. Hours are 9-2 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: Our staff wear masks as we interact with guests and each other. We take temperatures of our staff each day. We have protocals in place for our staff if they need to enter an occupied vacation rental.
