WHAT IS HIIT?
HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Comfortable athletic footwear
Active sport-wear (leggings, cycling shorts, etc)
A POSITIVE MINDSET!!!
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
It's recommended to attend classes 10 mins prior to the start time.
This will give you time to stretch out before you begin your HIIT training.
