PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION: Paint vacant apartments to the highest standard for new move-in. WORK PERIOD PAINTER: [START] Thursday, July 15 [END] mid-August (approximately 4-5 weeks) HOURS: (30 to 45+ hours per week) REQUIRED: Commitment for the full duration is necessary! Working with a Team is essential. Painters should be timely, consistently productive, and able to carry painting supplies, ladders, extension equipment, painters' tarps, brooms, shop vac and misc. cleaners, etc. ***Additional painting dates may be available*** WORKDAY: Promptly report to work Daily between the hours of 6:00 AM & 8:00 AM as specifically scheduled by the supervisor. The length of workday will vary, depending on the number of units assigned per day. LUNCH BREAKS: 1hr - Scheduled daily by supervisor according to the units scheduled!
