PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION: Clean vacant apartments to the highest standard for new move-in. WORK PERIOD CLEANER: [START] Monday July 19 [END] Saturday August 7WORK PERIOD GROUNDSKEEPER: [START] Wednesday July 14 [END] Saturday August 7 HOURS: (30 to 45+ Hours per week) (Sundays off) REQUIRED: Commitment for the full duration is necessary. Working with a Team is essential. Team Members should be prompt, consistently productive, and able to carry cleaning supplies, brooms, mops, vacuum cleaners, etc. **Additional cleaning dates may be available for up to 2 weeks after Aug 7 for those interested** WORKDAY: Promptly report to work by [8:30 AM - Cleaners] [7:30 AM Groundskeepers] Everyday ~ Monday – Saturday (No Sundays) The length of workday will vary, depending on the number of units assigned per day. LUNCH BREAKS: 1hr - Scheduled daily by supervisor according to the units scheduled. LONGEVITY PAY: Available to those who qualify!
