JOIN US FOR BOURBON & BBQ AT JASPER’S UPTOWN ON 6/15 WITH A SPIRIT SMACKDOWN OF WILD TURKEY VS. RUSSELL’S RESERVE! We’re continuing our Spirit Smackdown series at Jaspers Uptown! On June 15th from 6-9 pm, we’re taking over the outdoor lot at Jasper’s Uptown so you can come by to sip on specialty cocktails and feast on barbecue. This event is dog friendly so feel free to bring your pup! WHISKEY SPIRIT SMACKDOWN So far, we’ve hosted Aperol vs. Campari, Montelobos Mezcal vs. Espolon Tequila… and now, we’re putting Wild Turkey’s Longbranch Bourbon against Russell’s Reserve 6yr Rye! Enjoy a complimentary, welcome pour of each spirit as well as drink specials so you may taste and vote on your favorite whiskey. The votes will be counted, a winning spirit will be declared, and there will be raffle prizes! WHAT TO EXPECT Are you a bourbon fan, rye fanatic, or not sure about which side you prefer to sip on? Join us to taste, drink, and talk all about Wild Turkey bourbon and Russell’s Reserve rye at this whiskey smackdown where compare and learn all about these two spirits. We'll have fun take-home recipes, swag and educational pieces to remember the night and the drinks by! THE DETAILS This will be an outdoor "backyard" style barbecue in Jasper’s lot. If it is raining we will move the event indoors. The exclusive menu featuring Bourbon and Rye specials and barbecue will be offered all night long! DJ Jose G will be spinning upbeat country and we encourage you to throw on some boots and a hat. To make sure you sit at the same table with the rest of your party, please purchase group tickets together under the same order (max 6 ppl to a group). RSVP There is a $5 cover and this event is 21+ only. This is a special experience with drink specials, a food menu crafted to complement the spirits and takeaway swag and learnings from Wild Turkey and Russell's Reserve! There is free street parking located in the area; however, we encourage ride-sharing through Lyft, Uber or Alto. Please drink and drive responsibly!
