We will teach you how to perfect the Trumpet Breathing Method, the Pause & Pinch Method and other techniques to help you relax and improve your sleep. The goal is to teach you how to relax your nervous system and optimize your rest time so you feel refreshed each morning. You will have more energy, improved focus and concentration. You will also learn about what happens to your body when you're not getting enough oxygen and how to reverse these issues.
