The maintenance division executes the following but not limited to, Spring cleanup, mowing, mulching. pruning, weeding, flower installs, tree and shrub installs, fall clean ups, tree work, lawn renovations, aeration, over seeding, composting. Requirements: - Dependable, punctual, hardworking and team orientated. - Landscaping experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individuals. - Pass a pre-employment drug test (excluding cannabis) Salary: We offer competitive wages based on experience. - Crew Member (no experience) $17.00/hour. - Crew Member (1-2 years experience) with knowledge of mowing, line trimming, pruning, mulching $18.00/ hour. - Crew Member (2-3 years experience) able to demonstrate proficient knowledge and ability in all seasons, spring cleanups through fall cleanups $19.00/ hour.
