Sunday Worship On-Site Services We are excited to return to corporate fellowship at SOZO Life Ministries! We ask that as you reserve your seat, that you also select enough tickets to account for those who will be attending with you. **IMPORTANT:If you do not register for service, you will not be permitted to enter service. If you have any of the following symptoms, please do not enter the church building/attend on-site service: • Fever/chills • Cough that is new or getting worse (more than usual) • Barking cough, making a whistling noise when breathing • Shortness of breath • Difficulty breathing • Sore throat (not related to seasonal allergies or other known conditions) • Difficulty swallowing • Decrease of loss of sense of taste or smell • Headaches that are unusual or long lasting • Unexplained fatigue/malaise/muscle aches (myalgia) • Nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain • Pink eye (conjunctivitis) • Runny nose or nasal congestion without other known cause NOTE: Even if you do not have symptoms, if you come to a church event, it is entirely at your own risk! CAUTION: If you suffer from chronic health issues or have a condition of compromised (weakened) immune system, you are at a higher risk of serious health issues should you contract COVID-19.
