1 hour dance club style fitness class celebrating Pride. Celebrate inclusion as we offer a PRIDE themed Club Cardio class. We have a space for you no matter who you are. Take an hour to show your support for the LGBTQ+ community by dancing in the name of LOVE. Pride anthems will bump as you get that heart rate up. Stand proud in your own light as confetti rain washes away any reason not to love yourself.  Wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes to allow yourself to move. We will also be accepting donations for the LGBTQ OC CENTER.
