Free Saturday morning Yoga- all levels. Wild Heaven West End Brewery is opening our doors, once again for Community Yoga. These sessions will consist of vinyasa flow or slow flow, stillness, meditation and breath work. The classes are suitable for all levels. Music will vary, some may not have music but most will. Participants must bring their own mats and if needed props (blocks, blankets, straps) and a water bottle is highly encouraged. Lululemon has donated a limited number of mats to be used for those without, do not let the lack of a mat discourage you from coming-we have you covered! :) Come 10 mins prior to start for seating and entry. Must enter wearing face mask. You can remove face mask while on your mat during practice but must be on, off the mat.
