KC Wineworks is hosting a Fourth of July themed charcuterie workshop with local charcuterie artist Claire the Charcutier! Claire the Charcutier is coming BACK to KC Wineworks for another delicious night! Join charcuterie artist Claire the Charcutier in making a unBRIElievable, show stopping, and mouth watering red, white, and bleu charcuterie board. We’ll walk through shopping, pairings, and the 3 key tips to make any board a work of art. All red white and bleu ingredients and supplies will be provided to make one charcuterie board per person during the workshop. All guests will leave with skills to make a star-studded board the coming weekend. Every Claire the Charcutier workshop is different, new skills and cheeses will be showcased at each one. Varieties of KC Wineworks wine to pair with your board will be available to purchase for $5 per glass. This event for guests 21 years and older only.
