Bass Player seeks new project!

Hello there, I am hoping to find some like minded musicians for some new musical project/band/playing/writing/gigs and above all, the odd nightcap and friendly banter! I am an experienced bass player, devoted to all things musical on the low end of the audio spectrum. I am genre-agnostic up to a point, although country and teen-pop aren't really my deal. Played around the block a few times in New Orleans, although I am not from here originally. If pushed on where I would like to explore musically...hmm...I suppose if you threw 80s alternative, electronica, old school funk and non-cheeseball rock into a blender with Massive Attack, Sabbath, Radiohead, Talking Heads, REM and some Mogwai, we would be on the same page. If that even exists as a musical smoothie.
