WTF happened with "delayed Unemployment Payments"???

Yeah, MY money, since you only get EDD if you've already paid into system. Week 1 Certification Status Disqualification for week ending 02/27/2021 Week 2 Certification Status Disqualification for week ending 03/06/2021 Last Payment Issued $300.00 on 11/17/2020 I heard about these "delays" way back then and figured "Oh well, I guess they will 'catch me up' eventually" but now I'm seeing "disqualified" and never got payments for weeks a did the normal "certify" for months ago. WTF is going on? Any "Class Action" etc to help CA straighten itself out?
