And it is full of disrespect and disdain for Americans. Two weeks ago I received in the mail what was supposed to be a bill from AT&T. I never saw anything so awful and intimidating in my life. The page was filled up with about 30 little rectangles requesting information in small heavy font. It requested many different personal receipts that most people do not keep. About 10 of the rectangles had intimidating dark thick arrows emphasizing those rectangular boxes. It looked like a very clever scam... I discarded it. I got another the next week and did the same. Then the annoying 8:30 in the morning total computer voice recording wakes us up by telephone. I perceived more disrespect and I wasn't disappointed. This continued for the whole week until I was able to contact AT&T and it was not easy to get a living person on the phone. They had all sorts of restrictions to deter rather than help me answer their questions. I had to be determined until I could get a manager who finally agreed to stop the early-morning robotic computer phone calls. I know they want to turn the phone off. Regarding the Bank of America in Sonoma; they closed their Sonoma Branch for the entire month of June without any rationale at all. Computer theft of your savings is becoming common! I wanted to change my password but I could not because they declared their own bank holiday. We are puppets and they control us as they want to. Perhaps you get some good from this.
