kids bikes needed

I I am in search of young kids bikes - age ranges from 3 to 9 yrs old, both boys and girls. I'm the property manager of an apartment complex and there's quite a few kids that don't have bikes. I've tried fixing their bikes but they either have a broken chain, no breaks, flat tires, etc. or no bike at all. if anyone has any bikes that they could donate thats great, or i am able to pay an affordable price. my phone number is 707-919-443.
