Get ready to get your heart pumping and open up to a sense of rejuvenation.
This dynamic yoga flow will include a more fast-paced series of vinyasa sun salutations, sitting, standing, and balancing postures. Our vinyasa yoga series will be followed by a movement meditation which will consist of organic movements inspired by Osho's Kundalini Movement Meditation. We'll end with a stretchy cool-down before heading into a relaxing savasana. All levels welcome.
