Presented by Sanibel Captiva Community Bank, the APEX Awards luncheon will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Aug. 27 at The Westin Cape Coral Resort at Marina Village in Cape Coral. The event will honor top finalists and recognize all nominees before naming the recipient of this year's APEX Award. This year's finalists are Kathleen O.
