Description
We are a fast-growing baking company specializing in Persian pastries, laminated doughs, danish, variety of cookies, muffins and cakes.
This position can be either part-time or full-time depending on experience and what you're looking for!
Who you are:
- A passionate, hard working, flexible baker with at least one year of professional/commercial baking experience or equivalent culinary school experience.
- Be able to learn very quickly and adjust in a new, fast paced environment.
- Be able to follow recipes.
- Be able to pass a background check and drug test.
- Be flexible with schedule, availability on early morning and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare dough.
- Laminate puff pastry and danish dough using a dough sheeter.
- Make the dough/batter according to the recipe and onsite training.
- Make various types of cream, filings and other required preparation per the recipe.
- Bake different pastries and cookies.
- Adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking.
- Mix various ingredients to create toppings for products.
- Clean kitchen equipment and tools before and after use.
