BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — After sewage overflowed downstream from the Loch Raven Reservoir, Maryland State Parks reported an advisory was in effect Saturday. A water contact advisory is in effect for the Big Gunpowder River downstream from the Loch Raven Dam due to a sewage overflow, officials said Saturday afternoon.
