I am looking for a home for my 71yr old Mom. She is quiet, private, in good health, no disabilities, had a fixed/guaranteed income. Wants a small comfortable place with a separate entrance or building. She is being displaced due to the landlord suddenly needing to sell her condo. I am her daughter and main point of contact.
