Description
Seeking maintenance technician/handyman for Fairfield Apartment community. Responsibilities include:
· Working to maintain curb appeal, pleasant apartment homes, and a clean community
· Apartment turnovers - prepping, painting, and repairing units to be move-in ready
· General Maintenance repairs consisting of: minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, appliance repair, & general repairs.
· Assist other maintenance personnel with occasional projects
25 hours/week
Experience required. Background check required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
