Looking for someone who is available to start today! Need some quality extra hands to help with some labor and cleaning projects to finish an epic house transformation. Lots of work to be done over the next few days and need someone solid as fuck, normally people on here are shady and unreliable so looking for someone who has the skills, flexibility, work ethic (in a time crunch so trying to get things done quickly) and personality to be apart of something special creating an arts and music based community space in the middle of the hood Text if this sounds like a good fit! Projects include: - Edging the yard - Trenching a stock tank pool into the ground and landscaping it (Halfway dug already) [Landscape and work with water fountains / ponds / etc preferred) - Moving some heavier items from garage to yard - Mowing the lawn and trimming weeds - Cutting bamboo for interior trimming - Finishing laying down flagstone pathway - Sprinkler adjusting and light repair - Laying turf down after leveling specific area - Interior paint touch ups - Light electrical / plumbing Cleaning tasks: - Kitchen, bathroom, floors, organizing, watering plants, [Will have consistent work as well as soon as our AirBnB is up and running so if youre dependable and want something regular with house keeping def apply) * Bonus points if you have a nail gun and air compressor for some trimming and are good with power tools/construction *Must have reliable transportation and be prompt $15 hr cash for work today and tomorrow or $20 an hour taxed and 1099'd with more hours and commitment
