Warning Regarding Archer band posting

Please stop using my drumming and audio to promote your band. I am being nice when I type this, there is an ethical and infringement issue with you doing this. I signed no contract to allow my professional drumming to be used for promotion or benefit to the Archer Band financially or otherwise. You are mentioning things about opening for certain bands etc., please desist in your efforts to use me as your catalyst because that's also something that will become common knowledge regarding your band and the way you handle yourselves since you had no workable band for 7 years before I came and finished your songs in 4 months this year and helped make you a gig-worthy band. Use your "Candy Apple" video that you said in your posting. It's VERY stupid to assume that we wouldn't catch the "error" of you posting a video of my playing live rather than the "Candy Apple" video that you were trying to "promote". Pretty petty stuff. Mr. Archer, now is the time to get this thing stopped brother. I never did a thing to any of you guys, your boss is the culprit and I'm calling it for what it is... Pure Poisoning of a killer group of band members. I did NOT sign a release waiver allowing my likeness/photo/drumming/audio or otherwise to be exploited. It is illegal. Keep the peace. Remove my material from promos and/or anything to benefit your band. Here's the clause: "When do I need to obtain a release waiver?" >>>Archer Boss: Please Read<<< You need a release waiver when you are using another person's name, voice, signature, photograph (if readily identifiable), or likeness for exploitative purposes. Even if you have consent to initially record the person, you still need further consent to use or publish those recordings for exploitative purposes. A release waiver provides consent for how you intend to use the recordings. IF you are found to have made a profit or benefit from my drumming on video, recording, or likeness, you will be sued and I will be SURE to let them know how incredibly inept you are at "legal stuff" and that you would be an easy case. If you want me to remove my post and stop this crap I agree, but please keep my name and talent out of your plan it ain't gonna fly. Just try a little bit harder, I'm sure things will work out because a group like we had happens all the time boss.. "mic hits the floor"
