Description
I'm thinning out my guppy colony now that the next batch of babies is growing up, and I have approximately 15 adult female guppies available for rehoming. They are all mutts and have similar coloration: silver bodies with black and yellow and/or orange coloration on their fins and tails.
For those unfamiliar with guppy breeding, please be aware that female guppies breed often, can deliver many babies at once, and will continue to breed for several months even once removed from the presence of males. So if you take any of these females for any purpose other than using them as live food for a carnivore, you WILL eventually have fry.
These guppies should be camallanus-free and resilient against the cycling process of a new tank. They would be perfect for adding to a community tank of other fish that will help keep the fry population under control, for breeding fry to use as food for carnivorous fish, or for adding to or starting a guppy colony in an appropriately-sized aquarium or pond.
$1 per fish rehoming fee OR take them all for $10. Will also consider trades for live plants, old tanks or tank equipment, different breeds or colors of guppies, snails (especially mysteries), etc.
If you intend to take more than five guppies, please bring your own bucket or bags in which to transport them.
Please text or email if interested; do not call.
