Press release from the City of White Plains: June 10, 2021 The Summer Solstice Yoga event is Free and open to the public. Both experienced yogis and those who are new to the practice of yoga are welcome. NO pre-registration is required. Yoga begins at 7:00 pm. Please bring your own mat for the class. No Rain Date for this event. Recreation Hotline # for weather updates: 914.422.1302. Turnure Park is located between Main Street and Lake Street at Canfield Avenue. Patty Holmes of the Yoga Garden will lead the class. Patty has been a student of yoga since 1974 and a teacher of yoga since 1998. She is nationally certified at the Advanced Levell. The Yoga Garden is located at 82 Prospect Street (St. Bartholomew's Church) in White Plains.
