Press release from the Atlanta Police Department: 06/11/2021 211620103 On Friday June 11, 2021 at around 1:00am officers responded to a report of a person shot at 1150 Astor Ave. On scene the officers learned that the person shot, an adult male, had transported himself to an Atlanta Fire Station and was then taken to the hospital in stable condition. The preliminary investigation found that the reporting party was in her home with a male friend. The person shot, who is an ex-boyfriend,  looked through the window and saw the new male friend and came into the apartment. Once inside the former boyfriend shot at the new boyfriend. The new boyfriend returned fire striking the former boyfriend. The investigation is continuing.   Please keep in mind this is preliminary information and may change as new facts are discovered.
