With a heavy heart, we are looking to rehome our 4 year old tabby cat, who we have had since she was 9 months old. We traveled with her from out of state and this is her first year in Texas. We need to rehome her because we have a toddler at home.
Her name is Banksy and she can be really sweet, but she doesn't like to be touched much, which is why it's hard with a toddler. She's an indoor cat, but does like to go out to the front or back of the house to explore, but never goes far or for long. We wouldn't recommend her with another cat, although she would be fine, but she likes to tease other cats. She's used to being a one cat pet, although we have 2 dogs, so she's used to being around dogs.
She responds well to food (a little too well). She's an early riser and likes your attention in the morning. She loves sleeping on the same bed as you.
Banksy comes with an automatic feeder (Petwant is the brand). The feeder can be programmed to feed through out the day and also has a pet cam built in. We have food we can send, liter box, liter, a carrier and a worn ceiling cat tree. Banksy is fixed.
I've love to see her with a new owner who will love her and care for her. And if the new owner doesn't mind, I'd love to reach out later to see how she's doing in her new home.
