My name is Eric. And I am a 3rd generation carpenter. I worked the San Antonio area about 5-6 years ago and since then, I have been traveling the country selling and building large high end decks and out door living spaces. I believe I am a talented designer and carpenter, as well as a reputable contractor. Since moving back to San Antonio, I am getting my business off the ground. I am trying to build a customer base, as well as find and hire the right crew to work with me. I am willing to build a brand new deck at your home, with the labor at no cost to you. All i need from you is to pay for the materials. This is a serious offer. The first 5 people that sign up a deck with me will get a free 10x10 deck. (labor only). Once the job is complete, I will turn in an invoice to you, from my lumber yard. And you reimburse me for the materials. It will probably be through Lowes so you can check and see that im not making any money off your materials.
