If you enjoy working out at a fitness center and getting moving each morning, this job will be a great fit for you! Apply your leadership abilities while having fun at work. This position will allow you to do some working out too.
• Drive a young woman who has autism to and from a Fitchburg fitness center and work out with her. Provide
encouragement and tips, following a well-established routine and using a variety of equipment.
• Drive her home and provide minor support with personal cares. When she's ready, drive her to her job.
• Initial training and ongoing support will be provided.
The schedule includes 3 or 4 mornings per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday), from 8:00 am - 11:15 am, for a total of 9 to 13 hours per week. NOTE: Alternating weekends (16 hours) may also be available, if you desire.
Requirements:
• Due to personal cares provided, only female applicants will be considered.
• Driving is a part of the position, so you must have a reliable car, car insurance and a clear driving record.
• Proof of completed COVID vaccination. (The young woman and other support staff have been vaccinated.)
• A background check will be conducted.
• There is a cat in the home, so consider if you have allergies.
